Warm Up Essentials
About the Class
Being physically and vocally warmed up is essential for actors. Laura Winstin leads this 2-day workout focused on creating a warm up that can be repeated and customized using methods from both Linklater and Lessac. In class one, she leads you through a full physical, vocal and mental warm up protocol and in class two, gives you variations that can be adapted to your available time and warm up location. Students will bring a recording device to each class so that they can capture the warm-ups and apply them in their real life audition and acting opportunities.
Dress in workout wear. Bring a recording device, a wine cork and have 4-12 lines of text memorized and available.
4 HOURS OF CLASS!
2-hour class once a week for two weeks.
This class meets IN STUDIO.
Maximum: 12 students.

Deposit of 1/2 of full tuition must be put down to secure spot in the class.
Balance is due one week prior to first class.
* +$25 registration fee for new students.
Registration fee is non-refundable. Deposit is refundable, less credit card and processing fees (10%), up to one week prior to class start. No cancellations or refunds one week prior to class start.
