Book Your Audition Taping, Recording, Filming or Editing

Your time includes 75% taping (multiple takes allowed) and 25% time for processing and delivery.  

We book sessions back to back, so being on time is imperative.  

Please arrive camera ready and fully prepared. 

We start with a read through of the scene.  After the read through, we will tape the scene(s) and slate (if needed).  

You may watch the playback and select your best take.  

If you added on coaching, we will give you adjustments prior to each take and suggest best take to submit. 

We highly recommend no more than 3 takes per scene.

The last 25% of your booked time includes editing and delivery.  We will send/upload your audition by the end of your appointment time.

All appointments must be pre-paid to book. 

Pre-paid tuition is refundable, less admin and credit card fees (10%), up to 24-Hours prior to the session. 

Appointments may be changed, one time only, and within one week of the original appointment, as long as MORE than 24-Hours notice is given.  They may not be changed multiple times. 

If booked with less than 24-Hours notice, the appointment is non-refundable and not changeable. 

We reserve the right to substitute your coach with a qualified replacement if your original coach has to cancel for personal or professional reasons.

$25 One-Time Non-Refundable Studio Registration Fee

New Students: include the Studio Registration Fee. 

New Students (SAG-AFTRA only): the Studio Registration Fee is waived.

 Out of Town actors: the Studio Registration Fee is waived.

Returning Students: do not include the Studio Registration; you have already paid it.

We are now offering our editing services to help you put together demo reels to show off your acting skills. Bring us your pre-existing footage that you’ve collected from films, television, and commercial projects and we will create professional demo reels that will make you a stand out in today’s competitive industry. 

While having a reel that features a combination of footage is acceptable, it is best to have focused reels such as dramatic, comedic, commercial, or hosting.

$125 for up to 5 clips/scenes.

1. Digital copies of the material you wish to use. We will need the actual digital file by way of external hard drive, Dropbox, Hightail, or WeTransfer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept it via a link from a streaming site to download and we are unable to work with hard media (DVDs, tapes, etc.) Files must be digitized before submission. (If you don’t have this, contact the filmmaker to get it.) 
2. The time codes or scene selections and your preference for the order of clips (In and Out points). 
3. Please limit your choices to no more than FIVE (5) clips per reel with a maximum length of two minutes. The more concise, the better it is for the viewers. 
4. The details for your title card graphics (both your agent’s and your contact information, film titles and directors, etc.)

Verve can also edit an individual scene together for you from your raw class footage. $75/minute of completed scene.  If your scene is longer than that, please increase quantity appropriately in your cart.
